Bolton defender instantly regretted his decision to give his jacket to a fan

You can't blame Bolton Wanderers' players and fans for getting a little giddy after full-time on Sunday.

Fighting for survival in the Championship, the Trotters faced relegation back to League One with minutes remaining of their final game of the season at home to Nottingham Forest. A tweet from the former Peterborough United and Bristol City right-back later clarified that his wallet and wedding ring had been in the jacket.
