Timeless Richie McCaw breaks Brian O'Driscoll's record but Irish rugby leads classy tribute
Who the hell does he think he is?
Richie McCaw: 142 not out.
The 34-year-old has had the audacity to go and outlast Brian O'Driscoll but, when you play 142 test matches with some of the greatest teams around, he deserves special praise.
Heck, when you outdo BOD in anything, you deserve a mention.
The All-Blacks skipper guided his country to the Bledisloe Cup with victory over Australia and, in doing so, became the most capped player of all time.

And we're not even mad.
The flanker has seemingly been doing the haka on the New Zealand front line forever and he took unanimous kudos all over the planet today as he edged out O'Driscoll and came into a league of his own.
The team player who now stands apart.

This hurtsn but it's not about O'Driscoll today and Irish Rugby proved that with their classy congratulations to the man himself who made his debut against the country 14 years ago.
