Anybody who has played sport has had to deal with blisters before. Whether it's those new boots or your rubbish socks, there are a lot of different ways you can get left with an agonising blister on the inside of your foot..
This time though, 4G pitches are apparently to blame.
Exeter Chiefs' Luke Cowan-Dickie is best known for his dodgy, dodgy mullet, but he'll soon be remembered for his disgusting feet, after posting this gruesome photo of his war wounds on Instagram.
Cowan-Dickie suffered two blisters roughly the size of Exeter (*maybe an exaggeration), and now that they've been burst and cleaned up, it looks like he'll be walking like a duck for a while yet.
