That must have been what Owen Franks was thinking at the weekend, as he threw two absolutely horrific forearm smashes into the head of a Highlanders player during their meeting on Saturday.
The Crusaders prop, who was looking absolutely smashing in his scarlet Crusaders jersey came flying into a ruck with his right arm swinging.
He didn't seem to get the exact forearm-on-head contact he was looking for though, because a second or two later he threw another haymaker to his opponent's head, this time really connecting.
Naturally, he's been cited.
