Conor McGregor absolutely loved this one.

Spare a thought for Yoel Romero and Kevin Gastelum. The pair are on the main card of UFC 205 for the biggest fights of their respective careers and yet no-one at Madison Square Garden seemed bothered. Q&As for Conor McGregor took up 10 minutes of a 28 minute press conference and The Notorious ran the show. Whether it was valuing his worth to the UFC at $4.2bn, telling Eddie Alvarez he's buy his whole 'bum town' or putting featherweight hopeful Jeremy Stephens in his place, McGregor was box-office. After cub reporters were handed the microphone to give other, neglected fighters a speaking opportunity, UFC president Dana White opened the floor up to a final question. Some smartly dressed chancer got was handed the mic and tore into Alvarez:
"You have been mentioning that Conor McGregor is not a championship fighter and only has two to three rounds [in him] and yet in your professional career, you've only went to the fifth round twice and lost one of them. What the f**k are you talking about motherf**ker, WHAT THE F**K ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?"
The MSG crowd exploded in a joyous uproar and McGregor was not far behind. Press conference Q *GIF courtesy of UFC [Via YouTube] "I love it brother! Great last question," McGregor exclaimed. The mystery man was not finished yet. He continued:
"My question was, clearly, you've only been to the fifth round twice in your professional career and you've lost one of them. You're complaining that McGregor has no gas. What the f**k you talking about?"
McGregor interjected:
"His question is, 'Why you talking sh*t?' That's his question."
Cue bedlam. You can check out the interaction below from the 48:55 mark. If this is a taste of what is to come on UFC 205 fight week in New York, it should be good fun. Catch up on the first episode of Football Friday Live...
