There was one big difference between Conor McGregor's UFC 194 open workout and his UFC 189 open workout.
That difference was Ido Portal, the movement expert with whom McGregor spent the vast majority of his 20 minute workout which was released in full by MMAFighting.
Portal and McGregor warmed up together using a number of Capoeira techniques before The Notorious laced up a pair of boxing gloves and got some pad work in with striking coach Owen Roddy.
Ido Portal came back to the stage where he worked with McGregor using his Z-Shitick, mainly honing some movement and getting just a small sweat going.
But of course he couldn't get through it without a chorus of "Olé, Olé, Olé" from the Irish contingent.
