With just 50 days remaining until UFC 197's super-fight headliner, 'The Notorious' has posted a video of himself drilling jumping spinning back kicks with Taekwondo coach Johnny Dargan.
Dargan, a black belt who also fights out of SBG, held pads for McGregor as he worked on the kick by gauging the distance with his elbows.
