Conor McGregor proved himself an intense coach during his stint on the Ultimate Fighter.

'The Notorious' had the perfect combination of passion and tactical advice during the 22nd season and we caught another glimpse of his coaching nous during the main event of the TUF 23 finale on Friday night. As strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk struggled to cope with the aggressive grappling strategy of rival Claudia Gadelha early on, McGregor couldn't help himself and leaped to his feet. McGregor analysed the situation and appeared to yell some advice to Jedrzejczyk, presumably based around disengaging from tight quarters to enable her to turn the bout into a striking contest.
