Justin Wren hadn't competed in mixed martial arts in over five years.

So we can forgive the heavyweight his attempted schoolboy trick to distract opponent Josh Burns in Wren's Bellator debut on Friday night. During The Big Pygmy's unanimous decision victory, he resorted to the ol' "your shoelaces are undone" trick to get his opponent to look down and while it played little to no part in his dominance, it was pretty funny. It's good to see that Wren has lost none of his sense of humour since his days on The Ultimate Fighter Season 10 in 2009.
