Let's all just have a quick little moment of silence to pray for Yusuke Kasuya.

The Japanese fighter was left writhing in agony at Saturday night's UFC Japan after finding himself on the wrong end of a low blow. Kasuya was fighting for a second underhook when his opponent, Nick Hein, looked for a knee to the body. Rather than find gut, though, Hein's knee absolutely smashed Kasuya's cup and the contents within which folded him up like an accordion in a roaring, thrashing pile of pain. Ironically, "Hein" is the exact noise we make when we get kicked in the nuts.
