At stages, Viscardi Andrade vs. Gasan Umalatov looked more like a gymnastics meet than a mixed martial arts bout.
The pair of welterweights put on a show for the Sao Paolo crowd and will have been dizzier than usual at the final bell as they closed out the early prelims of UFC Fight Night 77 on Saturday night.
Umalatov tried spinning wheel kicks, cartwheels into side control and heel kicks to the the thigh of his opponent while Andrade was quite happy to offer up a spinning back fist or two himself.
For all of Umalatov's endeavour to entertain, it was the Brazilian who was awarded the decision on the judges' scorecards at the end of the bout.
