Daniel Cormier might well have his first UFC title defence already lined up.
Before Jon Jones had his belt revoked, Daniel Cormier was booked to fight Ryan Bader at UFC Fight Night 68.
The fight was scrapped after Jones was banned and Anthony Johnson needed a new opponent for UFC 187. Cormier stepped in to fight for the vacant belt, and became the new champion after choking Rumble out in the third round.
It appears that Bader is still a little bit sore about not getting his fight with DC. New footage has emerged of Bader confronting the newly crowned champ at a UFC 187 Press Conference. Bader was standing in the back of the room talking trash about DC and eventually walked up to the stage and squared up to him while being held back by by UFC officials.
