It sounds like Jon "Bones" Jones misses having that golden strap around his waist.

Daniel Cormier successfully defended his light-heavyweight belt against Alexander Gustafsson at UFC 192 on Saturday night. The five-round war is likely to go down as one of the best 205lb title bouts in history, with Cormier putting on a grappling masterclass and remarkably, out-striking the Swedish superstar in the stand-up exchanges. It seems like the brutal slugfest had an effect on former champion, and arguably the greatest fighter to ever grace an Octagon. Jones was forced to relinquish his belt and was suspended indefinitely from MMA for his involvement in a hit-and-run in which a pregnant woman broke her arm. However, at his hearing, Jones avoided jail time which leaves the door open for a possible MMA return soon.
