Just in case there was any doubt, we can confirm that kneebars are zero fun.

Joe Warren found that out the hard way last night as he lost his Bellator bantamweight title thanks to a vicious leglock from Marcos Galvao. Warren (12-4) toughed it out, though, and didn't tap but couldn't restrain himself from letting out a piercing scream which forced referee John McCarthy to wave the contest off.
