UFC colour commentator Joe Rogan took some time off recently to spar with combat sports royalty
The former Fear Factor host had 10-time Muay Thai legend John Wayne Parr on his podcast "The Joe Rogan Experience" this week. During the interview, the 10-time world champion explained that it was on his bucket list to spar with Rogan, who holds black belts in both Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Rogan duly agreed to train with arguably the most decorated and successful Australian combat athlete of all time and luckily some of the session was caught on camera.
As you can tell from Rogan's girlish giggle throughout the clip, he really enjoyed getting to go toe to toe with the power striker.
