It's lucky referee Mark Woodard had his wits about him.
Because Damien Rooney was as defenceless as could be when he was knocked out in brutal fashion by Tom Duquesnoy at BAMMA 24 on Saturday night.
BAMMA featherweight champion Duquesnoy was moving down to bantamweight for a superfight against Co. Down's Rooney.
And every bit of his 145 lb power came with him to 135 lbs by the look of it as he had 'The Rage' in trouble from the get-go.
Rooney was already rocked when Duquesnoy started teeing off against the fence.
And it was one ripping left hook right on the tip of the chin that put Rooney out instantly.
