As we learned from Donald Cerrone's 15 day turnover between fights, "Cowboy" will fight anyone and that definitely includes Conor McGregor.
The lightweight told MMAJunkie that he wouldn't averse to a fight with the Irishman but insisted that he wouldn't stand for any of McGregor's smack-talk.
"Conor won't be able to talk shit to me though," Cerrone said. "He won't be able to do that Poirier stuff because I'd fuck him up."
The potential fight is not the most far-fetched concept as McGregor used to fight at lightweight, winning the Cage Warriors lightweight title in 2012 to add to his featherweight strap.
