It's all about the Notorious.
There are two men stepping into the Octagon on March 5 to to battle for the UFC lightweight title but when it comes to building anticipation for UFC 196 it's a one-man show. Conor McGregor is bidding to make history by becoming the promotion's first simultaneous two-weight champion when he challenges Rafael dos Anjos in Las Vegas, and the UFC are wisely continuing to milk the Dubliner's charisma for all it's worth in the lead-up to the fight. The latest teaser for the fight doesn't even name RDA, let alone feature him, as it plays on McGregor's tactics of mystical and mental warfare and features the featherweight kingpin putting out candles with a series of punches, elbows and kicks.
