Conor McGregor is the one who knocks.
The Notorious is in Los Angeles preparing for his UFC 196 welterweight fight against Nate Diaz but despite a busy schedule when he drove past one particular apartment in the city he just had to make an extra stop.
McGregor was driving when he spotted a balcony adorned with Irish flags and a cardboard cutout of himself and he made good on a promise to drop by and meet the owner.
In a video posted by TMZ Sports, The Dubliner dropped in on a local who seemed like a genuine superfan that was blown away to meet the featherweight champ, showing off a whole pile of McGregor gear which the excited fighter was only too happy to sign in between posing for pictures.
The fan said: “That feeling Conor had when he knocked out Jose Aldo to become the champ, that’s what I felt like tonight.”
