Miesha Tate proved the most basic principle of Jiu Jitsu - technique beats brute force.
"Cupcake" uploaded a video to her Instagram page which showed the women's bantamweight fighter applying a rear naked choke on a thickly muscled man.
Tate (16-5) was challenged by the man who claimed to be able to defend the choke (i.e. peel the left hand away) but she proved that that was easier said than done.
While the gentleman in question didn't tap, he could have been scrambling for wrist-control all day and still fail to escape the choke.
