Miesha Tate proved the most basic principle of Jiu Jitsu - technique beats brute force.
"Cupcake" uploaded a video to her Instagram page which showed the women's bantamweight fighter applying a rear naked choke on a thickly muscled man. Tate (16-5) was challenged by the man who claimed to be able to defend the choke (i.e. peel the left hand away) but she proved that that was easier said than done.
