Urijah Faber and Conor McGregor have a storied history after the two fighters coached against one another on season 22 of the Ultimate Fighter.
They repeatedly clashed on the show due to Faber's criticism of the SBG fighters coaching style. Faber believes that Conor holds a distinct advantage as every round starts on the feet, where McGregor is most dangerous, and Khabib is perceived to be weakest.“I think odds are in Conor’s favor, because it starts standing every round, and unless Khabib can take him down over and over again, right off the bat, the power’s a little much,” Faber said.
