UFC sign viral video knockout sensation Ben Nguyen, fights in just five weeks

You may not recognise the name Ben Nguyen but we're pretty sure you know him.
If you watched the below video, entitled "Tattooed bully acts tough and gets knocked out in 20 seconds!" which went viral a month ago, then you'll be more than a little familiar with the video's star. The clip shows two fighters, one covered in tattoos who brashly tries to intimidate his opponent at the pre-fight weigh-ins. https://youtu.be/1LmeQ3Vci-w The other is Ben Nguyen who goes on to knock out the bully in just 20 seconds of the first round to earn worldwide adoration. The video was clearly seen by the top brass at the UFC who moved quickly to offer Nguyen (13-5) a fight on their next Australian card in a flyweight meeting with Alptekin Özkiliç. The 26-year-old now calls Australia his home after emigrating Down Under from his previous home in South Dakota so will have plenty of support at the Adelaide event on May 10. Word of advice for his opponent, maybe don't get in Nguyen's face at the weigh-ins. He doesn't like that!Explore more on these topics:
