You may think you're in pretty good shape, but odds are, the UFC starlet is annihilating you in the ripped department. All that martial arts training, body-building and just being Tyron Woodley's side-kick has left the 21-year-old more shredded than a julienne salad. We assumed he would have been called something biblical like Goliath or Dwayne 'the Rock Johnson,' but there's no denying it, this Patrick guy has managed to achieve a feat that only a handful of people in the world could - make Sage ManZant look somewhat like a normal human being.
