UFC champion Demetrious Johnson explains exactly what happened in that crazy nightclub snapchat video

Mr. Trouble never hangs around when he hears this Mighty sound

Demetrious Johnson was out celebrating with Team Alpha Male following Cody Garbrandt’s sensational bantamweight title win at UFC 207.

After outclassing arguably the greatest 135-er ever Dominick Cruz and winning that coveted golden strap, there was a serious party atmosphere among Team Alpha Male members in Las Vegas.

This was only the second time the famous gym had won the UFC’s top honour with the first being TJ Dillashaw, who departed the gym soon afterwards to work with Duane Ludwig. This title win felt a little more special though because of who Garbrandt defeated to claim it. Cruz had been on a sensational run of dispatching TAM’s top fighters including the likes of Urijah Faber and Joseph Benavidez.

They were joined in their victory celebrations in a Las Vegas nightclub by undisputed flyweight champion and pound-for-pound king Demetrious Johnson. Thanks to smartphone technology, a good portion of the night was recorded and uploaded to Snapchat for the world to see.

The upside of using this modern technology was that it gave fight fans the opportunity to see exactly how some of their favourite combat stars enjoyed the evening. The only downside is that it caught a rather chaotic moment on the dance floor in which Johnson was clearly seen looking at some people on the ground while shouting before being dragged back by some heavies.

Anyone who wasn’t in attendance didn’t know what to make of the strange scene.

Mighty Mouse has since explained exactly what went down in the nightclub that night on video he uploaded recently to his Twitch channel. According to the man himself, he jumped into the middle of the action to break up a fight that had been started by “some ratchet bitch”.

“It wasn’t a fight. I was trying to break it up. One of our friends, some ratchet bitch who was wearing a wig came flying across the fucking club into me.”

“I got down and I tried to separate them. I tell you what, man, hair is the strongest fucking… I don’t know. I don’t know what to say about hair, but it is very strong. Those women’s hair, like I never thought they would let go.”

When there is a wrong to right, Mighty Mouse will joint the fight “Here I come to save the day!” That means that Mighty Mouse is on the way!
