UFC 187 is done and dusted, and now the fighters' earnings for the vent have been released.

https://twitter.com/MikeChiappetta/status/603315803623006208 The biggest earners on the night were Chris Weidman and Anthony Johnson. Middleweight champ Weidman banked a cool $500,000 ($250,000 to show, %250,000 to win) for successfully defending his belt against Vitor Belfort. While Anthony Johnson took home the same amount, despite losing his light heavyweight title fight with Daniel Cormier. Rumble's big pay day might have had something to do with Jon Jones being forced to withdraw from the fight, after he was banned indefinitely from the sport. The salaries also showed the UFC's valuation of the lower divisions. For example, flyweight contenders John Dodson and Joseph Benavidez both earned less than welterweight gatekeeper Dong Hyun Kim. You can see the breakdown of all the fighters' payouts for the event below.
