Get this guy a fight, stat!

Undefeated UFC bantamweight prospect Aljamain Sterling may be forced to leave MMA.

The sixth-ranked bantamweight is supposed to fight on the UFC on FOX 17 card in December. The only problem is that he doesn’t have an opponent for the event and if he doesn’t get one he’s considering quitting the sport and going back to school.

Sterling (11-0, 3-0 UFC) is coming off a phenomenal submission victory against Takeya Mizugaki in his last trip to the Octagon and has been campaigning for a fight with top 135 lber Miesha Tate’s boyfriend Bryan Caraway, but he claims Caraway refuses to fight him. No one else has stepped in to fight “The Funk Master” at the time of writing.

He explained on his Instagram account that if he can’t get a fight soon, he may take a break from MMA to pursue a Master’s in health.
