Ronda Rousey’s odds for her next fight are absolutely ridiculous

Any takers?

The bookies will be hoping Bethe Correia doesn’t pull a Dillashaw against the undisputed women’s bantamweight champion.

After submitting Cat Zingano in less time than it took Bruce Buffer to say the number-one contender’s name, it is unsurprising that Rousey is a heavy favourite for her next bout.

Rousey opened as a 15/1 on betting favorite over her fellow undefeated fighter Bethe Correia for their title fight at UFC 190. Meanwhile, the Brazilian is a 7/1 underdog for the fight.

Considering Rowdy was 13/1 on to beat Cat Zingano, these odds are arguably quite low since Correia is ranked seven places below Alpha Cat.

Remarkably, this isn’t the most lopsided match-up in WMMA history, according to Vegas. That prestigious honor belongs to former Strikeforce champion and current Invicta belt-holder Cristiane “Cyborg” Santos.

“Cyborg” was a 25/1 on favourite over her opponent with the massively intimidating moniker Jan “Cuddles” Finney for her second Strikeforce title defence. Finney upset the odds by making it out of the opening round alive, although lost via TKO in the second stanza.
