Contrary to popular belief, Ronda Rousey doesn't eat arms for breakfast.

Mixed martial artists in 2015 are a far cry from the glorified backyard brawlers who competed in the sport at its inception before the turn of the century. They're professional athletes who treat their bodies like temples in the same way that competitors do in all other professional sports. One fighter who has taken this to a whole new level is UFC women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey who is arguably the most popular fighter on the promotion's roster and likely the pound-for-pound best to boot. Rowdy looks to stretch her perfect record to 13-0 when she defends her belt against former pro-boxer Holly Holm at UFC 193 this weekend and the champ revealed to Cosmopolitan magazine what she eats every day to fuel the finely tuned machine that she calls her body.
