No more bad news for UFC Dublin as all 20 fighters make weight before intense staredowns

Phew!

Darragh Murphy

*And exhale*

It’s official! No more fighters have had to withdraw from UFC Dublin which is something of a minor miracle.

All 20 competitors made weight ahead of Saturday night’s event at the 3Arena and the weigh-ins on Friday afternoon were nothing if not intense.

There was a visible focus among all the Irish fighters as Aisling Daly and Neil Seery stared through their respective opponents while Paddy Holohan and Cathal Pendred had to be held back from their opponents by UFC president Dana White.

Let’s not even touch on Norman Parke’s weigh-in! Literal handbags

The results in full are as follows

Paddy Holohan (126 lbs) v Louis Smolka (125 lbs)

Norman Parke (156 lbs) v Reza Madadi (156 lbs)

Neil Seery (125 lbs ) v Jon Delos Reyes (125 lbs)
