Gruesome eye injury picked up on UFC Argentina card

Devin Powell has had a rough 2018 in terms of injuries.

You might remember that, in February, Powell suffered a ruptured testicle after being hit with a knee below the belt courtesy of Joe Lauzon during a training session. Powell recovered from that ball injury to earn a first-round victory over Alvaro Herrera in July but he's back on the sidelines following his defeat to Jesus Pinedo in Argentina on Saturday night. https://twitter.com/JoeLauzon/status/963585937635725314 Powell fell to 1-3 in the UFC after coming out the wrong side of a unanimous decision in a back and forth encounter which caused the "scariest injury" he's ever suffered in a fight. The New Hampshire fighter has revealed that he went blind in one eye for several hours after suffering a hematoma inside his eyeball. Writing on Instagram, Powell said:  "So that the was scariest injury I’ve had in a fight. In the middle of the second round I suffered a hematoma inside my eyeball.
