Adam Piccolotti secured a second round win over Mario Soto in their Bellator 147 encounter last night. The lightweight bout wound into the second round but Piccolotti was dominant throughout. He landed a number of heavy elbows that resulted in a large gash above Soto's eyebrow. With his opponent reeling, Piccolotto went full mount and locked in the rear naked choke. What followed is not for the squeamish... The pressure exerted by the choke forced blood to squirt from Soto's gash and spray the canvas. Needless to say, he soon tapped out and ended his misery.
