GIFS: Ever been kicked so hard below the belt that you vomited into a bucket? Ryan Jimmo has

Not for the feint of heart

Stepping into a cage to engage in unarmed combat obviously takes balls of steel.

But what happens when you get said objects of steel slammed with the full-force kick of a man weighing 205lbs?

We don’t ever want to find out from personal experience and will just go on how UFC light heavyweight Ryan Jimmo dealt with it last night.

Kicks to the cup happen at almost every UFC card when leg-kicks accidentally slide up the leg and into the groin. It normally takes the victim about 30-45 seconds to recover before the fight is restarted.

Fighters are entitled to a full five minutes to get their bearings and Ryan Jimmo needed all 300 seconds to attempt to come to terms with this misplaced strike from Francimar Barroso.

Here’s how Jimmo attempted to get his breath, among other things, back.

Minute 1 – With complete lack of ability to get back to his feet, the doctor comes in to make sure he’s not dead.

Minute 2 – The referee retrieves a bucket.

Minute 3 – Opponent is completely grossed out as Jimmo gawks his heart out into said bucket.

Minute 4 – He’s up to his feet, wahey. Oh wait.

Minute 5 – “I’m ready for war! Oh, I’ve some time left?”

Minute 6 – Touch of gloves and he’s good as new.

The nutshot had a bizarre effect on Jimmo as he fought better than he did before his cup was almost kicked inside him but he still couldn’t do enough to sway the judges a unanimous decision, and a little bit of his virility.
