Former UFC star Matt Serra’s calves are so outrageously defined they don’t even look human

Never skipped leg day in his life

Matt Serra may get a hard time over his physique, but the truth is he’s more ripped than most.

You have probably heard the zinger, ‘that’s the most one-sided beatdown since complex carbohydrates vs Matt Serra’ more times than it’s warranted. If that’s the first time you’ve been exposed to that joke, you can have that one for free. may have put on a few pounds since retiring from MMA, but the man is still an absolute tank.

‘The Terra” may have put on a few pounds since his final trip to the Octagon in 2011, but the former UFC welterweight champion is still an absolute tank in his retirement years.

The Serra/Longo coach trains top stars such as vociferous lightweight Al Iaquinta, rising bantamweight Aljamain Sterling and, of course, former middleweight champion Chris Weidman.

During an interview with Ariel Helwani before Weidman’s successful title defence against Vitor Belfort at UFC 187, Serra lifted the leg of his shorts to show off a calf so defined it nearly took the interviewer’s eye out.

Helwani caught up with Serra again at the recent UFC Long Island card headlined by Weidman vs Kelvin Gastelum.

Again, Serra felt the need to make everyone regret skipping leg day by flaunting his calf to the camera. In the space of two years, that leg muscle has gone from being ridiculously ripped to being… well, whatever the next level is.

Not even human?

Yeah, we’ll go with that.
