Dana White tried to reassure UFC fans on Twitter… but they were having none of it

Dana says relax. After reports emerged last night that McGregor v Aldo might be postponed after the Brazilian picked up an injury in training, UFC fans were naturally devastated. But imagine if you had actually booked flights and accommodation to Vegas and had dropped a few months wages on the trip? Well... dog There hasn't been any official confirmation of the fight's cancellation just yet, and UFC czar Dana White tried to calm people down on Twitter last night. People were having none of it though. https://twitter.com/danawhite/status/613456440175398912 https://twitter.com/Pipervalentine/status/613458547595063296 https://twitter.com/SentientApe/status/613457055270055936 https://twitter.com/Alizzo/status/613457045296025600 https://twitter.com/tommynoone1/status/613457409093275648 https://twitter.com/mma_gifs_/status/613457569579974656 It is sensible not to jump to conclusions until White makes an official statement... but sports fans generally aren't that sensible. Hopefully this has just been a big misunderstanding because the prospect of having to endure ANOTHER three months of hype is pretty excruciating.
