Conor McGregor wastes no time in rejoining ‘movement master’ Ido Portal ahead of UFC 196

The Notorious is once again under the tutelage of the "master of movement".
Much has been made of Conor McGregor's association with self-styled 'movement practitionaer' Ido Portal, with many in the mixed martial arts world sceptical of the Israeli, but from the Dubliner's point of view you can't argue with the results. So it's no surprise that the new UFC featherweight champion made a beeline for Portal as soon as he arrived in Los Angeles on Monday as he began his Stateside preparations for his UFC 196 lightweight title fight against Brazil's Rafael dos Anjos. McGregor posted on Instagram, saying: "The master of movement @portal.ido is back in town!!! It is an honour to have Ido assisting me in my preparation to fight and so much more! His knowledge of movement is never ending and I am realising it is because he never rests in his search of knowledge.
