Khabib Nurmagomedov had a problem with Conor McGregor’s swearing during press conference

He wasn't fond of it

All that Conor McGregor swearing took its toll on Khabib Nurmagomedov.

At the UFC 229 press conference, Conor McGregor cursed a lot. Here is just a selection of the insults he threw at Khabib Nurmagomedov.

“Backwards cunt.”

“Shite on the bus.”

“Lying bastard.”

“He shit his jocks.”

The F bombs were also plentiful. He had a lot of fucking choice words for the man he referred to as a ‘rat’.

Won’t somebody think of the children?

When asked by TMZ to gives his thoughts on the presser, Nurmagomedov singled out his adversary’s foul mouth as one aspect he wasn’t particularly fond of. Although he refused to say it explicitly, he hinted heavily that UFC stars should be better role models towards young fans.

“I feel good (about the press conference), but what I don’t like when too much people cursing. I cannot cursing because too many young guys follow us, follow him, follow me. And, I don’t want be bad example for young generation people. I don’t want this. We cannot be bad people for young generation people. Of course, we try to promote this fight, make money, but at end of the day, you have to think about young generation. Too many people watch on us.”

I don’t want to talk about him, I want to talk about me. I want to be good model. But I know it’s very hard. Nobody’s perfect. Everybody make mistake, but I want to be good model. I want to be good model for young generation people.”

If he’s that irked by bad language, he might not like what McGregor has in store for him once that Octagon door closes shut. McGregor’s been known to talk shit about his opponents both outside the cage in the build-up to a fight and inside the cage during the scrap.
