The Dubliner finished off Chad Mendes inside two rounds on Saturday night in Las Vegas and clinched the interim featherweight title but his first post on social media wasn't boastful or self-involved. It was thankful. Classy.
We had to wait until near midnight Irish time on Sunday evening to hear from the champ again but it was worth the wait as he thanked the people who made him what he is.
