The night most American's are getting stuck into a Thanksgiving feast saw Conor McGregor hard at it again. The interim UFC featherweight champion was stuck into a punishing core work-out regime that would get the best of most humans. Wrapped up a heavy bag in the full guard position, The Notorious got through a serious amount of ab crunches. One thing is for sure. He is not leaving anything to chance ahead of his UFC 194 bout with Jose Aldo.
