As sporting history proves, nothing makes Irish people happier than a victory over England.
So February 27 could be huge as BAMMA come to Dublin for the second time in five months for a special nation v nation fight card.
The British promotion announced today that they are set to have Ireland take on England in a series of bouts at the 3Arena in early 2016 which will have fight fans clamouring to get a seat.

Tickets for BAMMA 24 go on sale next week and it's a stroke of genius from the company as they look to ramp up interest in their growing brand.
The February event will follow BAMMA's trip to the Irish capital this Saturday and some of the same faces could crop up on both cards with Irish fighters such as Chris Fields, Catherine Costigan and Myles Price competing on the same card as England's Brendan Loughnane, Jack Grant and Rick Selvarajah.
No fights have yet been announced for BAMMA 24 but we anxiously await further information.
