That's one of the many nuggets of wisdom Dubliner Liam Dale drops in part three of A Warrior's Path, an original SportsJOE documentary series. In episode three, Ireland's oldest MMA fighter shares his thoughts on unfulfilled potential, the power of hard work and the importance of fighters ignoring delusional thoughts in order to come to an honest assessment of their own abilities.
