Not only are you one of the top hurlers in Ireland and you've just helped your county into an all-Ireland final, but you also apparently have one of the hottest women in the world of sport in your Whatsapp contact list. According to reports today, the Portumna man and Rachel Wyse of Sky Sports are an item and the forward is reportedly 'smitten' with the Dublin woman. According to the Daily Mirror the TV presenter is a mad woman for the snapchats and met up with Canning after last month's win for the Tribesmen over Cork."We’ve been asking him for months as it’s clear they’re close, but Joe is very private and so is Rachel by all accounts.
