You can't blame a man for trying.
Jason Flynn it seems is stuck for a date for the All-Stars having been one of the lucky 45 men to pick up a nomination this morning for the event taking place in November.
And sure what would any hot-blooded male be thinking only to ask the star of the Wolf Of Wall Street and one of the most glamorous women in the world to be his plus-one.
We're sure Margot Robbie would only be thrilled to brush shoulders with Joe Canning and Michael Fennelly at the bash next month, and with Flynn up for an All-Star and the Young Hurler of the Year prize he's sure to come home with some silverware.

Although as a Galway man we're surprised he didn't ask one of the Seoige sisters or perhaps even one of the fine ladies from TG4.
We'll keep you posted on his efforts.
