GAA players are now trying to compete with Richie Hogan’s horribly blistered feet

No, this should not become a thing

If you’ve forgotten we’re looking for Ireland’s ‘buffest’ GAA player

Men in good shape, with bodies that they would be proud to show off on the beach in November or May.

That’s grand, we can appreciate beauty in all its forms.

What we cannot appreciate though is men, and GAA men at that, trying to outdo themselves with horror foot blister pictures.

Richie Hogan was the reason for a lot of undigested dinners on Sunday night after he tweeted the after-effects of beating Waterford on Sunday in Croke Park.

But it seems that the Kilkenny forward wasn’t the only one to suffer from blisters this weekend as Mayo’s Michael Conroy tweeted this morning.

Please, won’t someone think of our stomachs.

We’re wearing double socks from now on.
