Na Piarsigh beat Bruff by 6-17 to 2-5 as Kevin Downes grabbed 2 goals in the first half alone.
Ballybrown also won their encounter with Croom by 2-18 to 1-12.

Ciaran Lyng landed 0-8 in the comprehensive win as they led by 0-14 to 0-4 at the break.
Adamstown beat Sarsfields by 2-9 to 0-13 and Starlights overcame Horsewood by 3-12 to 0-9 while Fetahrd overcame last year's intermediate champions St Fintan's by 0-9 to 0-5.
