Aidan O’Shea’s Twitter Q&A produced weird questions, great answers and even a marriage proposal

Big Bird from Sesame Street makes unexpected apperance

Well that was unexpected…

If Mayo fans finally think that the curse of 1951 will be lifted this season then Aidan O’Shea is going to play a big part in it.

The Breaffy clubman has been transformed from one of the best midfielders in the game to a rampaging roving full-forward.

The 25-year-old is one of the most recognisable faces of the GAA and as a result people start to think of all sort of odds things to ask you.

What’s your favourite M+M? Who was the best Spice Girl? Who would win in a fight, Ed Sheeran or Ronan Keating?

Well that’s just our own experience and thankfully during a special AIB GAA Q+A on Twitter today, O”Shea was asked some more sensible questions such as who’s his toughest opponent, what’s his favourite TV show and even how long it would take four men to build a wall?

But the proceedings kicked off with a topical question for the week that was in it from Monaghan’s Darren Hughes.

The hair theme then continued

Thankfully the tone quickly returned to more serious footballing matters  https://twitter.com/AIDOXI/status/632192278463946752

Before  a character from Sesame Street rudely interrupted ao 2

Then some website called JOE.ie asked a question. Ever heard of ’em? Us either.

Neil McGee, as ever, managed to get his hand in somewhere https://twitter.com/AIDOXI/status/632197803876347909

This should scare the s***e out of any defender  https://twitter.com/AIDOXI/status/632202838165295104

Then it was to the serious stuff, road frontage and such

Karen obviously is looking for a few acres for sheep

Ted Walsh won’t be calling over to his house any time soon though https://twitter.com/AIDOXI/status/632196008852746240

Unfortunately he won’t have a bone to pick with Nidgey https://twitter.com/AIDOXI/status/632198280882089985

As half a Kerryman this should please those from the Kingdom

Not even Chuck Norris did this

The toughest question of the day

ao 7

But not as tough as this

The Iona institute will be pleased to hear this

Then it got weird again

Aidan loves a man in a suit. Or Suits.

And the deepest question of the lot
