Some strikers have it and don’t use it (Mario Balotelli) and some strikers have it and don’t lose it (Teddy Sheringham).

The Premier League legend proved that class is permanent today when he opened the scoring with this beauty in a charity match for Fernando Ricksen.

The former Spurs and Manchester United front man found himself in space on the edge of the box when the ball arrived at his feet and the 48-year-old chipped it first time over the ‘keeper.

The game at Ibrox was a goal-fest as a Fernando’s All Stars beat a Rangers Select XI 7-4 in aid of former Rangers player Fernando Ricksen who is suffering from motor neuron disease and there was a great turnout for a fantastic cause.
