Snow joke at Ibrox as Rangers and Hearts goes ahead

They won't be long getting frostbit...

Neil Treacy

Rangers and Hearts are doing battle in the Scottish Championship tonight, and the game is taking place on one hell of a snowy pitch.

There was some seriously heavy snowfall in Glasgow today, and quite a bit of it landed on Ibrox.

The BBC’s Tom English was at the stadium, and tweeted this picture, painting a pretty clear picture of the winter wonderland.

English has since tweeted to say the game is going ahead, so we’re really looking forward to seeing what mayhem unfolds.
