Better luck next time Romelu.
You know that feeling when something is really bugging you, but you try and act like you’re above it all and not really that arsed, when you clearly are? Well, that. We’ve all been there.
You tell yourself it’s not worth commenting on, but it burrows away into your head and you can’t let it pass without blurting something out. More often than not you immediately regret it.
The best you can hope for is to seem only vaguely miffed and largely indifferent. Well it seems that even very rich and successful footballers can be just as petty as the likes of you and I.
Everton’s Romelu Lukaku is in blistering form this season, but hasn’t been upgraded in FIFA’s latest change in rankings. He simply had to say something, and did so via his Twitter account…
It doesn't matter if i didn't get an upgrade on a videogame as long i'm improving in real life ⚽️? #ProEvoMightGiveMeOne….

In fairness to the big man, he at least got his message across with good humour, and he wasn’t without support for his social media shade. Many agreed. At least FIFA know how much they matter to world-class players…
@RomeluLukaku9 can't believe you didn't get one considering some of the other players that did. @HashtagHarry__ is fuming!
