Not a bad day’s work at all.

Ritchie De Laet spent the second half of the season out on loan at Middlesbrough and, having sealed promotion with them to the Premier League on Saturday, made a quick post-match dash back to parent club Leicester to take part in their title celebrations.

Boro’s 1-1 draw with Brighton was enough to clinch automatic promotion to the top flight, although Burnley go up as champions. Nevertheless, his 10 appearances for the North East club meant that he qualified for a medal.

Having played 12 times for Leicester before making his loan switch, he also earned a winners’ medal with Leicester

The Belgian showed off his unique medal haul in the aftermath of Leicester’s coronation.
