Reports from Turkey are suggesting that Besiktas are extremely interested in signing Mario Balotelli.
The Italian has failed to impress since making the move to Liverpool, but that apparently hasn’t put Besiktas off trying to lure him to Turkey.
Despite his disappointing season and his controversial antics both on and off the pitch, Besiktas will have to contend with a lot of other clubs to sign Super Mario.
Balotelli’s high wage demands have forced the likes of Sampdoria to pull out of bidding for the forward, but Besiktas reportedly have the capital and are willing to part with it to land the Anfield flop. The Turkish outfit are seeking a replacement for the outgoing Demba Ba, and see Balotelli as the ideal alternative.
